Back in The Way Too Early Tier 11 Movie Prediction Entry, I predicted the fates of the 39 movies that were/are up for assessment, one of which (Strange World) moved up to Tier 5 via its hard copy confirmation, while another (Puss In Boots: The Last Wish) is next in line to get an overall guaranteed Two ThouCentennial spot via hard copy confirmation as well. And of course, with the latter of those two things being said, Puss In Boots: The Last Wish will be among the last 38 movies to make Tier 5 before the spot-fill tournament phase of Land Of Infusion becomes discontinued. And of course, most of the prior sentence brings me to my next point, which is which 37 movies will join the aforementioned Puss In Boots: The Last Wish in Tier 5, with the answer being divided into three separate parts.
Let’s begin.
Part One: The Best 7 Out Of 16 Get Spots 2,011 Through 2,017. Okay, so this part is seven (The Tiger Rising, The Wolf And The Lion, Gigi & Nate, Flora & Ulysses, Marcel The Shell With Shoes On, The Menu, Shazam! Fury Of The Gods) movies that were/are yet to be assessed and were/will be released during the span of 2019 through 2023 going up against nine (Night Owls, Jockey, Prey, The Witches ’20, The Truth About Love, The New Mutants, Sweaty Betty, The Ice Age Adventures Of Buck Wild, Live Free Or Die Hard) movies that were already assessed during the span of August 22, 2022 through November 17, 2022, with the top seven (Jockey and The Truth About Love were both eliminated beforehand via being ranked eighth and ninth, respectively) of course getting spots 2,011 through 2,017. And as to what the status is for both the other seven of nine movies and the seven 2019 through 2023 movies, well A) Six of the nine August 22, 2022 through November 17, 2022 movies all clinched top seven spots by virtue of outranking six of the seven 2019 through 2023 movies and B) Gigi & Nate currently holds the seventh spot, but is likely to be outranked by Shazam! Fury Of The Gods. So by that metric, spots 2,011 through 2,017 will go to Night Owls, Prey, The Witches ’20, The New Mutants, The Ice Age Adventures Of Buck Wild, Live Free Or Die Hard and Shazam! Fury Of The Gods. Oh yes, it’s also worth noting that I got a head start on this particular selection process during November 23, 2022 via my assessment of The Tiger Rising. Now onto Part Two.
Part Two: The Best 5 Out Of 10 Get Spots 2,018 Through 2,022. Okay, so this part will be five already assessed movies (The Menu, Medieval, Sweaty Betty, The Truth About Love, Jockey) going up against five yet to be assessed (Luck, Finch, Greyhound, Cyrano, Hocus Pocus 2) movies to get both the best five out of ten spots in this particular faction and spots 2,018 through 2,022. Of course, this part is all prediction-based, with the prediction being that Luck and Finch will pass their assessments and The Menu, Medieval and Sweaty Betty all rounding out the top five. Now onto the third and final part.
Part Three: The Best 25 Out Of 50 Get Spots 2,023 Through 2,047. Okay, so this part will be 25 pre-selected (The Greatest Beer Run Ever, The Phantom Of The Open, Mrs. Harris Goes To Paris, The Batman, Run With The Hunted, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, A Journal For Jordan, Emily The Criminal, Magic Mike’s Last Dance, Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantamania, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts, Elemental, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, Part One, The Marvels, The Equalizer 3, Wish, Trolls 3: Trollstopia, The Little Mermaid, Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom, Chicken Run: Dawn Of The Nugget, Nope, Breaking, The Gray Man) movies going up 23 already assessed (A Man Called Otto, Plane, M3gan, Next Gen, A Good Day To Die Hard, Sharon 1.2.3., Evolution, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, The Truth About Love, Jockey, Hard To Kill, Trespass, Sadie, Leave No Trace, Black Samson, Firehouse Dog, Tell Me How I Die, Painted Horses, Alexander, Blade Of The 47, 47 Ronin, La Bamba, Gigi & Nate) movies and two (The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Chevalier) movies that just missed the cut of being in Tier 11. Of course, this part (as convoluted as it may be) is also prediction-based, with the prediction being that A) Eight (The Greatest Beer Run Ever, The Batman, Run With The Hunted, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Emily The Criminal, Nope, Breaking, The Gray Man) of the 25 pre-selected movies will all most likely miss out on the top 25 of this particular faction, B) A Journal For Jordan will most likely miss out on the top 25 of this particular faction, post the release of The Way Too Early Tier 11 Movies Prediction Entry, C) The Super Mario Bros. Movie and Chevalier both predicted to pass their assessments and D) The two movies alluded to in Point C will get nine of the top 25 spots along with A Man Called Otto, Plane, M3gan, Next Gen, A Good Day To Die Hard, Sharon 1.2.3. and Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
Okay, so if you all were able to follow the content (especially Part Three) of this entry, then you all know which movies will most likely join Puss In Boots: The Last Wish in Tier 5 once all this dust settles early-to-mid next year. But if you want the full, clear-cut and non-parenthesis version of which movies will most likely join the aforementioned Puss In Boots: The Last Wish in Tier 5, then I will leave the list of them at the end of this entry.
Of course, the 33 yet-to-be assessed movies still have to be assessed, so that I can get a perfect read of it all. But given the combination of past history, what’s trending in my memory bank, what will be trending in my memory bank and the “grow on” factor, I’m pretty confident about how I think it will turn out.
Well, that about does it for another Land Of Infusion related entry. Check out the full list below and tune in sometime in March to the next Land Of Infusion related entry.
